Getting the return instructions
Wait for the appropriate instructions and return address before posting the ring. Retain the original packaging while the enquiry is being reviewed.
A different size or a change of mind
Please ask about your individual order first. We will explain any available options, conditions and related costs before you decide what to do next. Sending an item back without arranging it does not establish eligibility.
