Are the promotional rings really AUD $0?
Yes. The six Avelisse collection rings are currently listed at AUD $0. Delivery is a separate charge, starting at AUD $19.95 and increasing by the applicable shipping-weight bracket. Check the total shown before submitting your order.
Where is the size selector?
Open a ring’s product page and choose a whole US size between 2 and 14. The description beneath includes the measurements for each size.
Which delivery service applies?
Australian destinations use Aus Post Express; international destinations use FEDEX Express. The estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Our Delivery page explains the rates.
Can an order be amended?
Send us the order number and the requested change promptly. We can then check whether processing has progressed too far to make that change.
How do I report an issue?
Describe the concern and include your order number when contacting us. For damage or an incorrect item, photographs of the ring and packaging can be helpful. See Returns for guidance.
How should the ring be stored?
Keep it apart from other jewellery in a soft pouch or lined compartment. Follow the care paragraph on the product page and avoid abrasive surfaces or cleaning products.
